Services we provide are exam, x-rays, cleanings, fluoride treatments, fillings, crowns. Extractions and root canals are done at the discretion of our dentists depending on the difficulty of the procedure.
Our hours are Monday thru Friday 8 a.m.-to-4:30 p.m. with some evening appointments available. All appointments are scheduled with our receptionists at the dental clinic by calling 815-626-2230.
We take the payment sources of the medical card, insurance, and self pay. We offer a sliding fee scale for those who qualify.
The Whiteside County Community Health Center Dental Clinic has 8 dentists and 21 other staff. Spanish interpretation is available.

Opened in March 1997 as the Prescott Dental Clinic, we became a federally qualified health center in May 2006. Our hours are Monday thru Friday 8 a.m.-to-4:30 p.m. with some evening appointments available.
