Yellow Dot Illinois: An IDOT initiative

Yellow Dot Illinois is a free service to all Illinois residents from the Illinois Department of Transportation. It consists of a yellow window sticker and an information packet that is placed in the glove box of an individual's vehicle. The yellow dot identifies a participant and directs responders to check the glove box for information if needed in an accident or other emergency.
