Job Opening: Quality Improvement/Informatics Specialist
Reports to: Quality Improvement Coordinator
Hours: Full-time, 75 hours/pay period
Deadline: May 2, 2022
General Summary of Duties:
The Quality Improvement/Informatics Specialist shall perform chart audits and compile other data elements to help identify trends in specific quality indicators and maintain compliance with all regulatory, legal and accreditation requirements. This position will work closely with the Quality Improvement Coordinator to monitor productivity and risk management assessments to ensure the best quality care for all Whiteside County Community Health Clinic patients.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates degree in health science or related field, preferred
- Clinical experience, preferred
- Detail oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office systems, specifically Excel
Qualities sought:
Must have a positive attitude, strong, steady work ethic, ability to maintain confidentiality, and ability to multi-task and prioritize. Must demonstrate the ability to follow established processes.
