Whiteside County Health Department SHIELD Testing Ending Early June 30th and Paused Until Further Notice

June 29, 2022 – Whiteside County Health Department’s (WCHD) Drive-Up No Appointment Necessary SHIELD Testing will be ending early at 1:00pm on June 30th. The site will operate as normal until then.

After June 30th, WCHD’s SHIELD testing site will remain closed until further notice as we work with IDPH and SHIELD IL regarding SHIELD IL Community Testing after June 30th.

Until then, individuals in need of testing are encouraged to reach out to their healthcare provider or check with local pharmacies regarding testing options at this time and additional SHIELD sites may be found here: https://shieldillinois.com/get-tested/

We apologize for any inconvenience and will provide an update on WCHD community testing when available.
